I represent people in North and South Carolina. The majority of my practice is devoted to Criminal Defense Law and Family Law.
As a Criminal Defense Attorney, I help people who have been accused of committing a crime. I represent clients charged with all types of crimes including violent crimes such as murder, assault and criminal domestic violence, property crimes such as burglary and larceny, and traffic offenses such as DUI and DWI. If you become my client, it is my job to fight for you, to protect you and to make sure your story is heard.
As a Family Law Attorney, I help people who are experiencing family problems. I handle all types of Family Law matters including divorce, separation, child custody, child support, alimony, division of property and debt, and adoption. If you become my client, it is my job to help you decide what is best for you and your family and to help you reach those goals, whether it is through mediation, negotiations or trial.
My office is located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I handle cases in both North and South Carolina. In South Carolina, I practice in Spartanburg County, Greenville County, Cherokee County, Union County, and Laurens County. In North Carolina, I practice in Polk County, Henderson County and Rutherford County.
The cornerstone of my practice is the relationship that I and my staff maintain with our clients. Clients are treated with integrity and respect, and we listen to their needs, goals and objectives. I recognize that my clients rely on my experience, knowledge and wisdom to help them through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
I use the latest technology and cost-effective methods to provide services to my clients in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
I concentrate on using several different strategies and techniques to gather as many facts and as much relevant information as possible so that when we go to court, we are prepared to tell your story to the judge and to help the judge make the best decision possible in a difficult situation.
It is my goal to be the best prepared attorney in every case. My experience has proven that better preparation leads to better results for you, both in cases that settle without going to court and in those cases that go to trial.
